Watford Timber - Doors Deliveries!
  • The total typical lead-time from placement of order to delivery of goods on our standard service is 7 to 10 working days for all deliveries, however many orders are satisfied quicker than this.
  • Within a couple of days of placing your order, you will be contacted by the delivery team who will book a suitable delivery day with you. Your order will be delivered on this date, and you will need to be at home to sign to take delivery of the goods.
  • This will be kerbside only delivery. 
  • All deliveries are to a single address as provided by you and if this is not the correct address we reserve the right to charge for re-delivery. All deliveries must be signed for by a person over the age of 18.
  • Should we try and fail to deliver on the proposed delivery date because there is no one available to take delivery, then we reserve the right to charge for any further attempted deliveries, transportation charges or storage charge which we incur as a result.
  • Deliveries can be made any time between 0700 and 1800 on Monday to Friday. Please make sure you are at the address given on a date confirmed for delivery.
  • If at time of delivery you see any damages to your product ordered, you must make the driver aware. After signing for delivery this confirms you're happy with the condition the goods are in. We can not accept any damage claims once delivery has been made, we will not accept goods delivered without a signature for this reason. You will have 48 hours to check for any defects to your goods. After 48 hours we have the right to decline an exchange or refund for goods defective. 
  • We also recommend you do not book any fitters until after you have received your goods.
